Join guest speaker Skye Hamilton, the “Hydrangea Queen” of Instagram, as she teaches you how to grow thriving hydrangeas in the Treasure Valley! Skye is a home and garden influencer who has built an international following as an authority in the field of hydrangea care.
In this workshop, Skye will break down the characteristics of different hydrangea varieties, old wood vs new wood hydrangeas, ideal growing conditions, planting and soil amendments, space and water requirements, fertilizing, and pruning basics. There will also be a Q & A session at the end. Beyond general hydrangea care and information, this workshop will be geared toward advice and recommendations specific to southwest Idaho.
